LA REVE

Yesterday I travelled down to to London Town to perform at the super chic "La Reve" at Cafe De Paris! I caught an early (& cheap!) train and spent a rainy afternoon wandering around SOHO and Carnaby Street!

Burger at The Diner!

It was all change at Cafe De Paris as they had just finished moving the stage to the other side of the room! (It has not been back in that spot since the 1950's!) so it felt a little unusual performing facing the other way than usual!

The fab line up I was performing alongside included: Ivy Paige, Frisky & Mannish, Count Adrianio Fettucni, Matt Ricardo, Miss Miranda, Jessie Rose and Amy Panter!

I then hopped the night bus home so that I could wake up in my own bed and have a rare Saturday to myself!

IT'S MARTINI TIME!

Yesterday I hopped on a train to Liverpool to perform at the wonderful "Martini Lounge" which is produced by the lovely Millie Dollar! It was a sell out show and the venue was the stunning Epstein Theatre!

I was performing alongside a cast of good pals which was a really nice perk to the job, after a very stressful week at home! The line up included Millie Dollar, Kitty Bang Bang, Coco Malone, Velma Von Bon Bon and Fred Bear! I was so glad I got to see the debut of Velma's newest act with her double act partner Fandango! So creative, beautifully thought through and funny!

I enjoyed  a couple of drinks and a catch up after the show with the gang and then retired to my hotel so I could catch an early train to have some Sunday chillout time at home!

I would also like to say a big WELL DONE to my man for his bronze medal that he brought home from his Ju-Jutsu competition!

And last but not least GET WELL SOON PAPA, who dislocated and broke his thumb yesterday...

FOUR SHOWS IN TWO DAYS...

Last Friday I hopped a train to London for the start of a very busy weekend of shows! I had three shows on this night alone!! (That means performing x5 acts)....phew! Here is a live shot (below) taken on Friday by the awesome Jaeger Jensen www.jaegerjensen.com. While checking out his fab work I stumbled across a couple of fab shots from my performance at "Bete Noir" back in March which I have also included here!
