JUBILEE WITH NANCY DEE!

A week ago I went to London to shoot with the fabulous fashion label Nancy Dee -  www.nancydee.co.uk

All of their garments are made in Britain and made from Eco-Friendly, sustainable fabric (which I can confirm are SO luxurious to the touch!) and I love their subtle vintage style.

Our shoot was "Jubilee" themed to coincide with the celebrations and we shot around many famous London landmarks on the day (which was a perfect excuse for me to see some for the very first time!).

Whats more Nancy Dee have a "Jubilee" Sale on now!! (for one week only!) so there is no excuse not to grab one of these little beauties!

I had a such a fun day shooting with Seraphina (Nancy Dee Designer) and Hannah Barton (Photographer), here is a little selection of the end results!

MISSY MALONE & FRIENDS BURLESQUE REVUE - LECHLADE FESTIVAL!

Yesterday "The Missy Malone & Friends Burlesque Revue" appeared at "Lechlade Festival! It was the first time the show has been brought to a festival and it was a new and fun experience producing the show in a big top tent! The line up included the awesome Frisky & Mannish, Beau Rocks, The Bee's Knees, Desmond O'Connor and myself!

We really couldn't have asked for better weather! 25 Degrees, not a cloud in the sky and allot of very pink people! Our catering was also pretty awesome! Hog Roast, Cider and Ales!

The big top was filled to the rafters and the crowd were very enthusiastic and vocal throughout the show, even the dogs that were on site!! Here are some great snaps that my Magic Dave took from the side of stage! I will upload more to the website/Facebook soon!

 We all had a wonderful time performing at the festival and have had some amazing feedback already! Many thanks to all at Lechlade Festival (especially Jennie!) for having us!

To top of a lovely day on the drive home we saw over 50 swans roosting. What a beautiful sight!

RAMBLING ROSE

Last Monday we packed our bags (Dave & I) and headed to Cornwall of a couple of days away in a beautiful 1930's Gypsy Caravan named "The Rambling Rose" for my 27th Birthday!


Getting away from it all, quite literally, for a few days was just what we needed and I felt revived!

We spent an afternoon checking out Lostwithiel which was full of medieval history and quirky little antique shops, which I love to nose around!

On our second last night we ventured out in search of a beach and real fish & chips! Our quest took us to the beautiful harbour of Fowey, which was a really beautiful little nook!

Wednesday was my birthday and our last morning in the Caravan, Dave cooked me venison/duck/pheasant/brandy & orange sausages on the open fire for breakfast! Perfect! We then headed to Falmouth for the afternoon and then finally spent our last night at Dave's Aunt & Uncle's place nearby.
