MOTORBIKES, THE DAMNED AND PUSSY GALORE!!

After spending 3 days in my sick bed last week on Friday I trotted off to London town to perform at "Pussy Galore"  two dinner shows at Volupte! I love performing at this show and it always has FAB line ups! Friday's line up included Cherry Shakewell, Gracie, Will Davis and Craig The Incredible Hula Boy!

On Saturday I met my pal Vicky Butterfly for brunch at my favorite diner in London "All Star Bowling Lanes" Brock Lane. It was great to have a girlie catch up!

I then dashed across to Camden to see my Man and my pals The Damned play The Roundhouse for their 35th Anniversary tour! (Dave is the Damned's Drum Tech!). I had a great view from the VIP balcony and I liked the venue allot! It was great to see everyone and spend some time with Dave as I do miss him terribly when he is on tour!

After a late night with The Damned I had to catch a train at 8am on Sunday to get to the "Classic Motor Show" at the NEC in Birmingham! I was a promoting the AJS & Matchless 2012 Club Calender in which I feature (alongside Vicky Butterfly). My fellow promo gal for the day was the lovely Sherry Trifle! We had a fun day wandering around the event looking at (& sitting on) classic Cars and bikes! We also got to draw the raffle which had an amazing classic Matchless motorbike as the prize! I was also delighted to feature in two larger than life promo posters on the stand!

A fun filled weekend but boy was I knackered today! It was also Remembrance weekend and I wore my poppy with pride and thought about the fallen who fought for our country. I also thought about my Grandad (WWII) and Great Grandad (WWI) who both served for our country.

I also found this blog by Kitten Von Mew a very interesting read about people cashing in on Poppys: http://ww2-vintage-pinup-girl.com/2011/11/11/remembrance-day-poppy-appeal/
